I hold a Master's degree and a doctoral qualification in Health Psychology. I have deeply immersed myself in the science of how to positively change behaviour, optimise mindset and enhance overall wellbeing.

When I began taking control of my own life, living with intention, and actively applying my knowledge from psychology and coaching to my own life and elevate my own mindset, I have been able to become the greatest version of myself.
I used to follow society’s norms & expectations, living on autopilot, constantly doubting my abilities and not fully sure of what I wanted or where I was heading. Now, I am creating the life I have always dreamed of. I’m pursuing my aspiration of becoming a Psychologist, I’m building my own coaching business that truly transforms lives and I’m saying yes to opportunities that I never thought were possible for me. I understand myself, have a strong sense of inner contentment & self-confidence, and feel more empowered than I ever have before.
I used to follow society’s expectations without really understanding what mattered to me or the direction I was heading in. I lacked confidence, played small and often felt stuck. I clearly remember thinking I was capable of so much more, but I didn’t know where to begin. I was constantly held back by fear and doubt, unsure of how to make changes.
And now, I'm actively creating a life I feel so excited about: pursuing my dreams as a Psychologist, building a coaching business that transforms lives and embracing limitless opportunities that I never thought would be possible for me. I’ve developed a deep understanding of myself, true confidence and clarity around my values, allowing me to make intentional choices that align with my best self.
